NAILS!

Introducing a new line of nail polishes called Spy Princess.
If you like glitter, these are the polishes for you
because a lot of there polishes are glittery.
Spy Princess sent me some polishes to swatch and try;
and let me tell you, they are actually good quality.
But, the smell of the polishes is kinda strong, but I just love the colors!
I actually made a gradient effect using the blue color,
but somehow I accidentally deleted the picture =/ sowwie!
The polishes only needs 1 coat and it was about a week when I started to notice any chipping.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Browie
+ melted when received (probably because the mailman left it outside. So I immediately placed it in the fridge)
+ peanut butter and chocolate is the perfect combo
+ too sweet
+ could use actual peanuts for some crunch

Date Walnut Bread
 + smelled really good
+ right amount of walnuts in each bite
+ was a bit dry
+ could use some sugar
+ is called "bread" but texture is like a cake
+ the bread itself has its own distinct taste.. but kinda has a weird after taste

Orange Pound Cake
+ actually taste like oranges and the right amount of flavor
+ moist cake
+ my favorite!
+ could use some orange zest

Lace Chain Necklace

Have you guys heard of a collar necklace?
Well it's the newest trending accessory out in the fashion world.
Here is a white lace collar from Prototype Jewelry!

"Girlie with biker chic! Repurposed white collar with hand sewn white lace. Silver studs accent this collar. Three rows of silver link chain hang from the tip of the collars. The chain hangs 9 inches from the collar. Button closure. You can wear this accessory with everything from T-shirts to dressy attire. Create a conversation with this piece!"

Prototype Jewelry is the creation of a mother/daughter duo. Each piece is unique, dramatic, and made by hand. Their jewelry is designed for the trendsetting woman, who wants to stand out in the crowd. They offer bold, statement jewelry without the designer label pricetag!

Review
The lace collar [$48.50] is very unique. I have not seen one of these pieces before. I love the spikes and the lace detail. The quality is very good and the lace is not irritating against your skin. When you put on the necklace it does not feel heavy, but I do recommend that the lace collar should have different sizes. Currently, Prototype only has one size so if you decide to make a purchase, be sure to ask the buyer the length of the collar and measure your neck to compare. You don't want your necklace to be choking you,  you want to be comfortable in it and feel fab! Overall, it is easy to match this accessory with anything. I recommend pairing this piece with a plain tee or a sleeveless top. But, be sure that the top does not have too much detailing because you want the collar to be the focus of your outfit. Everyone will go gaga with your outfit! Check out their shop below!

Batiste Dry Shampoo

Do you ever feel like your hair is still oily even after you wash your hair? Well I do. I know it's bad to wash your hair everyday, but I need to after working out. Here is a product that will help get rid of that oily feeling.

"Batiste Dry Shampoo refreshes hair between washes without using water."

Batiste Dry Shampoo [$7.99 @ Ulta] is the quick and easy way to get soft, clean and fresh smelling hair, without water. Basically it's an instant fix by revitalizing greasy, dull and lifeless hair. It also thickens thin fly-away hair and adds texture and body for that easy style solution.

With the easy to use spray bottle, all you need to do is shake the can and spray evenly in the roots of your hair. Massage the product into your scalp with your fingertips, and then let it sit a few moments and brush it out with a comb. *Caution* If you have dark hair make sure you massage the product deep into your roots because it can make your hair look like you have some grey spots. EW! So check the mirror before you head out just to make sure.

Batiste Dry Shampoo comes in 9 different scents: light&blonde, dark&deep brown, lace, cherry, wild, blush, fresh, original, and tropical. The fresh scent (the one I have) has a very clean scent that I like.

- Recommended? Yes
- What hair types work best? On all hair types
- Why I like it? It gets rid of oily hair
- Will I buy it again? Yes
- Where can I buy it? Ulta

Pros: nice scent, goodbye oily hair, easy to use spray, good price
Cons: can leave grey spots

Polish Remover - Review

When it comes to doing your nails, it's a hassel. You paint your nails, then you remove it. Then you repeat the processes again when you decide to change it. Plus, the frustration of having bits of cotton ball stuck to your nails. I really like painting my nails, but taking off the polish takes too much time. Here is a product that can remove polish instantly without the use of cotton balls.

CVS instant polish remover ($4.95 for 8oz) removes your nail polish faster compared to acetone + cotton. A non- damaging, long-lasting formula moisturizes and conditions your nails and cuticles while removing old polish. The easy to open bottle contains three sponges that is soaked with acetone and a removable toenail dauber. Once it's open, be careful not to put the bottle too close to your face because of the strong acetone smell.

[You can tell I've used this product because of the many polishes that were wiped off]
All you have to do to remove your polish is to insert your finger into one of the 3 sponge opening and move your finger side to side against the sponge. Use the toenail dauber to remove polish on toenails and hard to clean areas.

- Recommended? Yes
- What skin types work best? On all skin types
- Why I like it? It easily removes my nail polish with just one dip
- Will I buy it again? Yes
- Where can I buy it? CVS store

  • Pros? easily removes polish -- dauber included for hard to clean areas -- I havent run out even if I paint my nails weekly -- cheap price
  • Cons? sponges + dauber stains from polishes -- strong acetone smell

lifesavers

I want to share with you my all time favorite foundation! After countless of foundations that didn't work for me, I've finally found one that does. I have oily skin mainly on my forehead and cheeks and this foundation doesn't make me look like an oily bacon.

MAKEUP FOREVER HD INVISIBLE  COVER FOUNDATION!

I rarely have to blot my face because with the amazing foundation I also use a setting spray! I swear to you both are lifesavers!

URBAN DECAY SETTING SPRAY

I recently received this in the mail and only had to pay $18 on a $34 bottle sold at sephora. How? Because urban decay have these amazing sales on their website and I was lucky enough to have this setting spray on sale.
